At Sunny Brae Baptist Church, we recognize that being a child is a fun, exciting, and an important part of life. That’s why our ministries have a focus on kids. We aim to not only look after the children, but to help families grow together. That’s why we offer programs to care for and minister to your family and your children along every step of their journey.
Little Lights Nursery
Nursery, is open for any children up to Pre-K. The nursery opens at 9:45 with both adult workers and youth helpers ready to play with and care for your children. The primary goal of our “Little Lights Nursery” is to introduce infants, toddlers, and young children to the love of God through nurture, play, security, stability, and patience, while also providing parents and caregivers peace of mind while they attend the Sunday morning service.
The Nursery is split into an older and younger group, 0-2 and 3-4 year olds. The older group has a kids Bible story, lesson, and colouring pages to take part in throughout the morning.
Kingdom Kids
Kingdom Kids runs every Sunday throughout the year during our morning service. This program is offered to children Kindergarten to Grade 5. Mornings are complete with Bible stories, lessons, games, songs, and crafts all laid out in our curriculum. We meet downstairs at in the Cafe area, before dividing up into our older and younger groups.
Kidzone
Kidzone is a place full of energy and laughter for our midweek kids group. A time where can children gather to learn about God's love and truth. Our trusted team of leaders guide them through Bible lessons, fun games, crafts and more, creating a nurturing environment where lifelong friendships are formed and faith blossoms. Sunny Tots
Wednesdays from 10am to 11:30am.
A time for babies and toddlers age 0-4 and their parents/guardians to come together for some play time! Refreshments and treats available for the adults, and a snack is provided for the kids as well.
Everyone is welcome at Sunny Tots- Moms, Dads, guardians, grandparents, aunts/uncles, you’re all invited to bring your little ones for a fun morning!
One-time Registration and Photo Consent forms are filled out in person when you arrive. We can’t wait to see you.
